Assistant Manager – Inside Sales

Job Introduction

The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for doing outbound calls & using secondary data resources (social media, data lists etc.) to generate high quality leads. The person will have to achieve weekly and monthly goals and generate sales pipeline for multiple product lines of Brisk Technovision.

The candidate should have a sound understanding of IT services and/or cybersecurity solutions domains so as to address initial client queries effectively. This individual will also be responsible for effectively generating and supporting the sales opportunities, including effective working relationships with Channel Partners. The position requires the ability to multi-task between sales and operations and support of different clients, partners, sales opportunities, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Diligently works in Inside Sales team following sales methodology and best practices.
  • Apply prospecting techniques for securing new clients, key account management, and general account maintenance.
  • Provides periodic reviews of business including sales call activity, lead follow up, account reviews, prospecting and performance.
  • Has a marketing mindset and capable of designing and launching marketing activities viz. e-mailers, etc to source leads.
  • Prepare and deliver reports as required.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as an Inside sales executive for IT Solutions & Cyber Security services.
  • Experience in inside sales /tele sales of Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Networking Solutions or Cybersecurity in the enterprise space.
  • Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organizational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Technologies/Social media along with CRM tools like Apollo etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment, initiative and follow-through to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and willingness to take on new challenges.
